After twelve successful years alongside a partner, during which Wolfgang Regele played a key role in building and developing a renowned M&A advisory firm, he decided in 2025 to take on a new entrepreneurial challenge and founded Adpario.
His expertise is based on more than 15 years in M&A and 20 years of top management experience in Western Europe, CEE, and the USA.
Wolfgang is 63 years old, married, and lives in Vienna, Reichenau an der Rax, and occasionally in Barcelona. He finds balance outside of work through hiking, fly fishing, or barbecuing with friends.

For nearly ten years, Lorenz Lang has worked closely with Wolfgang Regele, during which time he has built deep expertise in process management. Lukas Polz combines international education with diverse practical experience in Austria and Moscow. After earning his bachelor’s degree in International Business Process Management at FH Joanneum in Graz, he completed a master’s in Strategic Corporate Finance at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow, focusing on financial planning, risk management, and financial theory.
His professional experience ranges from real estate and agricultural management to hands-on work in Moscow, including financial planning, risk analysis, and talent management. With analytical thinking, creativity, a broad perspective, and an international outlook, he shapes projects effectively and with clear goals – making him an ideal addition to the team.
Lukas lives in Vienna and finds balance through strength training as well as spending time with friends and family.
